WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO TRAVEL TO MALDIVES?
Its warm, tropical climate makes the Maldives ideally consistent at around 30°C year-round (both in and out the water). The warm seas of the Maldives have high visibility throughout the year.
Cooled by sea breezes, the best time to visit the Maldives is during December to April when there is least rain. However, this high tourist season also makes it a pricey time to explore the islands and requires booking well in advance. November and April are best for diving, while the best time for surfing is from March to May and again from September to November.

OUR MALDIVES TRAVEL ADVICE
Sunscreen. Since you’ll be spending a little more time soaking up the sunshine, we recommend easing into it with a good layer of sunscreen. We also recommend (since you’ll be spending more time outdoors) that you leave most of your technological devices at home. Resorts do have Wi-Fi, although the signal strength may not always be that great. Many resorts have a no drone policy, and they take it seriously. We know the islandic views and unbelievable colours are tempting, but leave the drone at home.
WHERE TO GO IN MALDIVES
With a varied and extravagant choice of islands, there are a few popular choices for their own unique offerings. The capital, Male provides a touristic and cultural experience of markets, seafood and also boasts a 17th-century mosque made of carved white coral. Maafushi is a top choice for honeymooners, while Addu Attoll is popular for scuba diving, snorkeling and spotting manta ray. Scattered with palms and surrounded by crystal clear waters, Addu City is the second-largest urban area in Maldives, in terms of population, and is one of the two urban areas to get the status of “city” other than the capital.
MALDIVES ACCOMODATION
Maldives has a variety of resorts each located on their own private island making their beaches luxuriously crowd-free. There is catering to backpackers on the main island, however the majority of visitors book all-inclusive packages on a single resort island, soaking up the sun on the pristine beaches, learning to surf, or exploring the impressive coral reefs. THINGS TO DO IN MALDIVES

The Maldives offer a variety of watersport, diving courses, snorkeling and fishing. Head to Fuamulaku and go on a jungle hike to explore the island’s great biodiversity.
