Hungarian Grand Prix

The F1 Grand Prix is held at Mogyoród town, 20 km northeast of Budapest.  The racetrack is in a valley, surrounded by a beautiful hillside, so you enjoy much of the race from any point. You may also follow the race on several, well-positioned, giant TV screens. Though drivers often criticize the track, because it’s narrow, & there are few points where they can overtake each other. After Monaco, the Hungarian F1 race has the slowest average speed. But you can never foretell who’s going to win the Hungarian Grand Prix, that’s why F1 fans like this circuit. Who wants to get first in the home stretch at the end of the race, possesses very good driving skills, as well as a bit of luck. The race takes place in the hottest part of summer, which makes concentrating on the track for 2 hours, rather demanding for the drivers.

Hungaroring has an exceptional natural advantage, of being situated in a natural amphitheater. Almost 70 percent of the racetrack, is visible from any point, making this circuit, a fan favourite.  The constantly improving circuit, with its excellent infrastructure, meets the strictest requirements for F1 racing.  It is praised by the FOM, as well as FIA, and it is a popular venue for testing. The Hungaroring Circuit meets the highest technical requirements.  This circuit is regarded as one of the safest race tracks in the world, while still playing host to exciting racing. A favourite with the drivers, as well as teams for the excellent facilities.  The circuit is a fan favourite too. Located so close to a major city, there is no shortage of accommodation, restaurants, entertainment, as well as tourist attractions.
